Services & care

Every person we welcome into our home brings their own story, their own needs, and their own preferences. We design care around them — not the other way around.

Our approach

One care plan. One person at a time.

Before anyone moves in, we sit down with the family and talk through what good days look like — and what hard ones might need. We update that plan whenever life changes. There's no template.

What we offer

Our services in detail

24/7 Personal Care

Round-the-clock support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility — done with patience and dignity. Our caregivers are trained to help without rushing and to keep each person as independent as they want to be.

Memory Care

For families navigating Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory loss. We use calm routines, familiar surroundings, and consistent caregivers to reduce confusion and anxiety. We meet people where they are — gently, every time.

Health Monitoring

Daily check-ins on vital signs, medications, mobility, mood, appetite, and sleep. We catch the small things before they become big things, and we communicate with families and physicians the moment something feels off.

Nurse Delegation

Our caregivers work under nurse delegation for tasks like medication administration, insulin, and certain treatments — supervised by a registered nurse, in line with Washington State requirements.

Nutritious Home-Cooked Meals

Three meals and snacks every day, prepared in our kitchen. We accommodate diabetic, low-sodium, soft-food, and culturally specific diets — and we listen when someone tells us their grandmother used to make it differently.

Social Activities & Engagement

Music, gentle exercise, gardening, baking, card games, holiday celebrations, and quiet afternoons in the sun. We balance activity with rest, and we never force anyone to participate.

Respite Care

Short-term stays for families who need a break or are caring for someone recovering from a hospital stay. Same level of care, same warmth — for a weekend, a week, or a month.

Hospice Support

When the time comes, your loved one stays here, in their familiar bed, with the people they know. We work alongside outside hospice teams to keep them comfortable and surrounded by family.

Housekeeping & Laundry

Personal laundry done weekly (more often if needed). Beds made daily. Bathrooms cleaned and disinfected daily. Common spaces kept fresh — because a clean home is part of feeling well.

Transportation to Appointments

We coordinate transportation to medical appointments and accompany our neighbors when needed. We help track follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.

A day in our home

What life looks like, hour by hour

No two days are exactly the same — but here's the rhythm most days follow.

7:30 am
Gentle wake-ups, morning care, fresh coffee, and a hot breakfast cooked from scratch.
10:00 am
Light activity — chair exercises, music, reading the paper aloud, or a walk in the garden if the weather's nice.
12:00 pm
Lunch together at the dining table. Conversation, not television.
1:30 pm
Quiet time — naps, books, a favorite show, or a phone call with family.
3:00 pm
Afternoon activities — baking, card games, crafts, or visits from family and grandchildren.
5:30 pm
Dinner. Dessert is encouraged.
7:00 pm
Evening wind-down — soft music, a movie, or sitting with someone who just wants company.
9:00 pm
Bedtime routines, warm milk if it helps, and a caregiver awake through the night.
